Our Products and Services

Our primary wood is Douglas Fir, grown within the wood the mill is set up in. Hand felled on a small scale, Douglas Fir has natural resistance to rot, making our untreated wood the perfect, environmentally conscious way to buy.

Our wood is air dried on site. Please note that due to the nature of the wood and processing, slight imperfections in dimensions arise, therefore all sizes are approximate.

Rough Sawn Timber

Available in a range of sizes from 25mmx 25mm upwards and lengths up to 5m, Douglas Fir is a versatile building wood for any project.

Round Posts

Felled and peeled, posts don't get much lower impact than these. Our smallest diameter posts (100mm) are perfect for chicken coops and go up to gates posts at (225mm). All posts are sold at 2.4m (8ft). Starting from £8

Live-edge Sleepers

Cut at 100mm (4 Inches) high and approximately 150mm (6 inch) deep, these live-edge sleepers are a perfect way to give your garden a natural look.

Non-Mobile Milling

Have you got your own wood that you wish to have milled for a special project?

We can arrange pick-up (subject to availability).

Please note that there is a minimum 1hr (£50) charge for milling.

Slabs, Logs and Offcuts

Our aim is to use as much of the wood as possible, therefore if you are interested in any slabs, logs or offcuts please get in touch.

Douglas Fir cladding is the perfect way to finish the exterior of any outdoor project.
